In this workshop you'll gain an understanding of how yoga and specific postures can be used in daily life in order to control your autoimmune condition. Yoga practice is not a suitable replacement for required medical attention, but can complement your current medical program. This workshop will start with a slow flow incorporating several postures that are well suited for hypothyroidism, and then move into an hour long restorative practice. The restorative portion of class is meant to reduce stress which is a major factor in any autoimmune condition.
