Join Camille Dodson for a Tween & Teen Yoga Series. In these classes we'll explore the physical yoga practice, learning the basics and working our way up to more challenging poses. We'll use music, games, and partner poses to create a fun, cohesive community. Yoga has been shown to have incredible benefits for tweens and teens including increased self-confidence, stress management skills, decreases in anxiety, and much more. The goal of these classes is to invite confidence, compassion, and community.
- Who are these classes for: Tweens and teens ages 10-16.
- What should I bring: Bring a yoga mat and water. If you don't have a yoga mat, one can be rented at the studio.
- Do I need to know how to do yoga: No, these classes are for students of all levels and experience.
Series dates: Saturday, 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27
