With nutrition being a hot topic of discussion in our everyday life, how do we begin to sort out all of the information? Drop what you know, and work with what you have, yourself. Ayurveda looks at the individual as well as the rhythms of nature and focuses on inspiring a healthy, balanced metabolism. This workshop will introduce individuals to their Ayurvedic constitution as well as the constitutions within what they eat, teaching them how to mindfully eat to find balance and health. Bringing the knowledge of the Vedas into our daily routines as well as acknowledging modern day developments, this workshop will teach individuals how to identify and care for the natural rhythm of their digestion and metabolism; the key to overall health and wellbeing.
