In this series, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the significance behind the number 108 and challenge your mind to stay focused on the mat as your body continuously flows through the asanas. It's a way to elevate your yoga practice and boost your own mental and physical capacity. It’s challenging, but it’s fun! You’ll flow to the sound of your breath and some neat beats and let the repetitive motion of your body move you into a meditative state. Feel free to join in for as many or as little as you'd like. The series will conclude with 30 minutes of restorative and nurturing postures to cool down and restore the body.
