In this free talk with Dr. Vaidya Jayarajan, learn from an Ayurvedic master how combining the sister sciences achieves a streamlined program for total mind, body and spirit healing. You'll be introduced to foundational Ayurvedic principles including the concept of the elements and individual constitution. From this personalized and holistic perspective, you'll learn how to customize your Yoga practice for your unique needs, as well as additional lifestyle recommendations you can practice everyday such as diet, herbs and exercise.
Finally, we'll roll out the mats and experience a seasonal-based Yoga asana practice with Angela, Eka’s founder. This donation-based class will move through a combination of poses to ground, warm and cool the system during this transitional season.
