Did you know our hips are the junk drawer of our body, as they tend to hold onto anything we are on able to properly digest, whether it be physical or mental? With the go, go, go society that we live in, most of us don’t take the time to rest and digest. According to Ayurveda, whatever we don’t digest turns into what is called Ama or toxins, which in the long run can lead to disease. And, we all know that diseases take a lot more time and money to treat. Therefore, there is no time like the present to take a small portion of your day for a little self-care.
