Tanrtra Tri-Doshic Yoga

Our Traditional Tantra Tri-Doshic Balancing Yoga is a moving meditation designed for all levels and all doshas to meta-physically balance both body and mind. It is highly recommended for those recovering from injuries or with limited capabilities and for those looking to go deeper into a challenging practice. The asanas are gentle, yet firm and challenging, if you so choose that path during your practice. Tantra teaches subconscious relaxation and allows us to remove barriers from both our mind and body so that we can go deeper into our practice and in life.

Add a Vedic Channel Opening Session  to your practice!

According to Ayurveda, there are 70,000 Nadis running through our bodies.  Translated from Sanskrit, Nadi means 'a river'. When one receives a session before their practice, they are allowing rivers of energy to flow and release vital prana blockages.  The sessions activate and stimulates essential points in the body that give our bodies permission to be active without tension.

Meditation is beneficial no matter when you choose to do it. Many believe the most fruitful time is in the morning. Set the tone for the day by approaching your morning with guided intention and focus. This regular practice can help you maintain consistency and get better results. Become aware of your surroundings, your goals, your body and begin to live in the present.

Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. Private lessons provide a setting in which individual need can completely be addressed. Yoga postures and breathing exercises are chosen and developed to meet these specific needs. In one-on-one yoga, the student will be carefully guided by verbal instruction, demonstration, and hands on direction to explore yoga to meet their own needs at their own pace.
